Are JumpWorks socks required to jump?

Yes. Only JumpWorks branded socks are allowed on our courts. These special socks help keep everyone safe and the park clean.

If you don’t already have a pair, you can purchase them at the park for $5 per pair and you can reuse them on your future visits.

Do you have a concessions stand?

Yes! We have Jumping Juice, our in-park concession stand. We offer a variety of food, snacks, and drinks–Everything you need to stay energized for more jumping.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

When are Neon Hours?
Neon hours are 7pm-10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Regular Open Jump hours end at 7pm on those days. During Neon Hours, all jumpers must wear a fluorescent shirt that glows brightly under the blacklights. Neon shirts may be purchased in-park for $10 per shirt.
Who needs a waiver?
 A JumpWorks liability waiver is required for every jumper. Guests under 18 years of age must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Waivers are valid for up to 12 months from the date of submission.
Is there an age limit to jump?
No. JumpWorks welcomes guests of all ages. Whether you’re young, young at heart, or anywhere in between, everyone is welcome to come jump and have fun.
When does jump time start?
Jump sessions begin every 30 minutes on the hour and on the half hour.
No need to buy tickets online. Walk-ins are always welcome! Just make sure your waiver is signed, then come to the park to purchase your tickets. If you haven’t signed your waiver online, you can complete it in the park as well.
Is it okay to leave children unattended at JumpWorks?

No. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian and may not be left unattended in the park.
