Guests may bring cake or cupcakes with a booked party. No outside food or drink is allowed. Ice cream is not allowed. Cake or cupcakes are only allowed with a booked party.

Who will be counted as a Party Jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and enjoy the park should be included as a party jumper. Whoever is coming only to watch and spend time in the party room will not be counted as a party jumper.

Can I add more jumpers after the party is already booked?

Yes, you can.

Is the guest of honor included in the count?

Yes.

Is there an age limit for parties at JumpWorks?

All ages are welcome.

At what time should party guests arrive?

Please have all guests arrive 30 minutes before the party start time so everyone has enough time to check in and get ready to jump.

Who is required to have a waiver and how can it be done?

All jumpers need a signed waiver before checking in. Waivers can be completed in-park or online by clicking here.

Can extra jump time be added?

Absolutely. You can add 30 extra minutes for $8 per jumper or 60 minutes for $13 per jumper.

Do JumpWorks members get discounts/perks on party packages?

Yes. Guest with Elite and Elite+ memberships receive special party package discounts. Check our Memberships page for details.

Do I need to pay for the party in advance?

Yes. Full payment is due when you book, either online, by phone, or in-person. Parties booked less than 14 days in advance will include a $50 short notice fee.

Can I reschedule or cancel my party booking?

Yes. You can reschedule your party or cancel for a full refund if changes are made at least 14 days before the party date.

What is your outside food policy?

Only cake or cupcakes may be brought to a booked party. Ice cream is not allowed. All other outside food and drink require a $75 outside food fee.
