Sign Your Waiver(s)

Please complete your waiver before arriving. All jumpers must have a signed waiver, and anyone under 18 must have it completed by a parent or legal guardian.

PARTY Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail with the details of your party reservation. Review the information and reply if you have any questions.  You may also add extra jumpers, food, or party favors for your event.

Arrive a Little Early

To help your celebration start smoothly, party parents, the guest of honor, and all invited guests sohuld arrive about 30 minutes before jump time. When you arrive, please meet your party host at the check-in desk.

Get Ready to Jump!

Once everyone is checked in, the fun begins.You and your party guests will enjoy 90 minutes of jump time throughout the park.

Your jump time includes access to all attractions in the facility(except Bungee Jump), so everyone can explore, jump, and enjoy the full JumpWorks experience together.

Who should I include as a Birthday jumper?

Anyone who wants to jump and have access to the park. If anyone just wants to observe the fun or join you in the party room, they don’t need to be a paid jumper.

Can I make changes to a booked party?

If you want to make changes to the party package you booked, it’s best to communicate with us as soon as possible.

Is the birthday child included in the count?

Yes. The number of jumpers determines the number of pairs of JumpSocks and wrist bands you will receive. The birthday child needs socks and a wrist band to have access to the park attractions.

How old do I have to be to have my birthday at JumpWorks?

All ages are welcome.

When should everyone arrive for the party?

All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time. This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in, verifying waivers and storing any personal items.

Who needs waivers and how do we sign?

All jumpers need a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online before your party by clicking here.

Can I add extra jump time?

For. Sure. If your party is during the week you can add 30 minutes of jump time for $5 per jumper or 60 minutes of jump time for $9 per jumper to any of our party packages. This must be arranged through your event coordinator prior to your event.

Is there a birthday party discount for Members?

Yes! Each level of Membership has a discount on regular priced birthday parties. Ask our Event Coordinator for details to apply your Member discount.

Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?

All parties must be paid in full at the time of booking.

When is my final balance due?

The final balance of your party will be collected on the day of your event at the park.

What is your cancellation policy?

Parties less than 14 days away are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Are jumpers allowed to wear casts?

Jumpers with casts, splints, or sharp/hard objects will not be allowed to enter the playing field for the safety of all jumpers.
